Shipping Info & General Policy

Most instock items are shipped within 24-48 hours after your order is processed not counting weekends or holidays. Items less than 150 lbs will be shipped UPS and will deliver directly to your door UNLIKE orders over 150lbs delivered by Trucking Companies that DO NOT DO DOOR delivery. All special order items may have extra shipping time allowances that will need to be discussed with your sales person. Normal 15% restocing fee on all orders returned to us unless agreed to otherwise by WGC and customer. Polyethylene LLDPE and HDPE pond liners are custom manufactured and fabricated and could take 2-3 weeks or more in shipping for large liner sizes. These custom size liner orders are SOLD at the time of order and may not be canceled once the custom liner order is processed and the liner is in the process of manufacture. Please discuss this with your sales person at the time of your order. You MUST provide a delivery phone number for the trucking company to call 8-4 daily NOT counting weekends which ARE NOT delivery days, and you must be able to unload the product from the delivery vehicle. If you are unable or unwilling to receive your order via normal delivery acccording to FCC policies and truck line delivery schedules, then you will be soley responsible for all delivery charges related to attempted delivery and return freight charges if your order has to be returned to our warehouse. Normal 15% restocking fee on orders returned to us. Please contact us with any questions before your order, as we have the utmost desire to assist you in receiving your order in a timely fashion. All shortages, damages either hidden or unhidden must be reported at time of delivery. You must report any damages or shortages to your order immediately to the freight carrier and Water Garden Creations and you must sign the bill of lading with the truck carrier as DAMAGED or SHORT at time of delivery or you may lose your right to claim compensation. No order may be considered for return 7 days after delivery and then only if the item is unused and returned to the shipping warehouse in undamaged original boxes with a proper RGA number assigned by Water Garden Creations staff.

We provide delivery to your location, and not unloading from the carriers truck to your dock, vehicle or location. You MUST have the ability to unload your product from the truck like any commercial facility. That is the policy of the freight lines. If you need additional services like lift gate or other unloading services, you will need to acquire and pay for that service or services yourself.
